We do not charge extra if the room is occupied by more than 2 paying persons.

Types of bathrooms
- all rooms and apartments on the 3rd floor as well as 10 "Comfort Plus rooms on the 2nd floor" have a bathroom with a shower.
- the bathroom with bathtub has 5 "Comfort Plus" rooms on the 1st floor (west side) and 4 "XXL" rooms on the 1st floor (east side)
- the bathroom with a threshold-free shower suitable for wheelchairs has 6 XXL rooms and 5 "Comfort Plus" rooms on the 1st floor and also 9 Comfort rooms on the 2nd floor
Room facilities all rooms are non-smoking rooms, renovated from 2011 to 2017:
- balcony with armchairs and table (from spring to autumn),
- bathroom with shower or bath (20 rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor has wheelchair accessible showers), hair dryer, toilet,
- safe,
- WiFi,
- refrigerator,
- Flat screen satellite TV,
- telephone,
- fan (in summer),
- bathrobes (for a fee).
On request: suction handles, bathroom / WC, raised WC seat, bath step, shower chair for guests with reduced mobility.
The hotel has no single rooms. When requesting accommodation for one person in a room, we use double rooms - in this case, the second bed may not be made. If the second bed is obviously used, the guest will be charged.
Capacity:
max. 106 beds (plus 14 additional sofa beds) in 51 rooms and 2 suites.
Accommodation and room departure time:
You will be accommodated after 2 p.m. In case you would like to arrive earlier, please contact the reception 2-3 days before the arrival date: if the room was not occupied before you, it is possible to check in earlier with the consent of the reception, free of charge. On the day of departure, please vacate the room no later than 10:00. If you need to stay in the room longer, ask the reception during your stay, which after checking the occupancy of your room can, for an additional fee of 1, - € per hour / room, postpone the time until which you can use it, but no longer than 16:00. The price is 1, - € per hour of extension.
Upon arrival at the hotel:
Check in at reception. Here you will present your ID card - we will record the data on your computer and return the card to you. You will receive a hotel card and a meal order card, which you hand over in the dining room. If you embark on one of our relaxation stays, the receptionist will also hand you a spa book with a schedule of procedures. If you are starting a treatment stay, you will find out the time of the initial medical examination.
