We offer only one type of discount.
Rooms equipment:
balcony with chairs and table, bathroom with shower or bath, toilet, Sat TV, radio and telephone.
Types of rooms:
33 double-bed rooms, 7 spacious triple-bed, 10 single rooms with extra bed, 1 single and 2 double suites with extra bed. All rooms are barrier-free (suitable for wheelchair users), non-smoking, with refrigerator for extra charge. Hairdryer is available free of charge at the reception. The rooms have Wi-Fi wireless internet connection.
Capacity:
max. 115 beds (making use of all beds in the rooms) in 51 rooms and 2 suites. Capacity can be expanded to 34 beds in our Pension**** Fish Yard (www.rybarskydvor.sk).
Check-in and check-out:
You will be accommodate after 2 pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact the reception 2-3 days before the date of arrival: if the room wasn't occupied before you, you can accommodate with the agreement of reception even before, without charge. On the day of the departure please leave the room no later than 10:00 pm. If you need to stay longer in the room, ask for it the reception during your stay. Reception can after checking of next occupation of your room move your check-out time, most until 4 pm. The price is 1 € per hour of extension.
After arrival to hotel:
Report to reception. You submit your ID card - data will be recorded to system. You will receive a hotel card and a card for ordering food, which you give to staff in restaurant. If you arrive for a relaxing stay, receptionist will give you spa book with schedule of the treatments. If you arrive for a curative stay, you receive time of initial medical examination.
